  • There is no rush! Check the products as they are being delivered to you. It is important to check them while the truck driver is still there. The driver may try to rush you into signing the forms, so he can leave. DO NOT SIGN until you have thoroughly checked all your items. The driver is responsible for waiting until the shipment has been thoroughly inspected and signed for.

  
  

  • We have noticed that the more urgent the driver seems to get the form signed and to move on to his next delivery, the more likely it is that the products are damaged. Inspect the products and note any potential damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.

  
  

  • Remember: once the driver leaves, you become responsible for reporting any damages to the freight company and Xiltek cannot be held liable for those damages.

  
  

  • PLEASE do NOT destroy the crate or box until you are certain you will not need them. In case of returns for any reason, the freight carrier cannot pick up the unit without proper packaging such as the as-shipped condition.

  
  

  • Should any damage be discovered, have the driver write it down on his form and refuse the shipment. Then contact us so we can help from there.

  No returns are accepted via the no return policy unless the product is refused for damage during delivery. The buyer is accountable for examination of all products at the time of delivery to confirm the products are free from damage, both concealed and visible damage. Please follow Xiltek?s freight procedure when accepting deliveries. All freight must be examined before signing and accepting. If there are any signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and contact Xiltek immediately and we?ll help from there.
